Thank you for your interest in my handcrafted wearable creations. This policy explains our approach to refunds, returns, and exchanges for all custom jewelry pieces including rings, bracelets, and other wearables.


No Refunds Policy

Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of each piece, we do not offer refunds. Every creation is made to order with precise components designed to fit together carefully, making each piece unique to your specifications.

Special Orders & Custom Requests

Please note that special orders—including specific ring sizes, custom gemstone selections, or personalized designs—are final and cannot be returned or refunded. These items are crafted specifically for you and cannot be resold.


Exchange Policy

While we don't offer refunds, we want you to love your piece. We offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

Size Exchange

If your piece doesn't fit correctly:

  • We will remake the piece in a different size
  • A small surcharge or exchange fee may apply based on current material costs
  • Production time will reset to 4–6 weeks from approval
  • Important: Extremely small or large sizes that fall outside standard ranges may not be eligible for exchange, as these custom sizes have limited resale potential

How to Request a Size Exchange:

  1. Contact us through our contact form within 14 days of receiving your piece
  2. Provide your order number and the size you need
  3. We'll confirm the exchange fee (if applicable) and timeline

Style Exchange

If the style appears different on your hand or wrist than you expected:

  • You may exchange for a different style of equal value
  • Upcharges apply if you select a more expensive style
  • Production time will reset to 4–6 weeks from approval
  • The original piece must be returned in unworn, undamaged condition

How to Request a Style Exchange:

  1. Contact us through our contact form within 14 days of receiving your piece
  2. Describe the new style you're interested in
  3. Return the original piece (return shipping instructions will be provided)
  4. We'll confirm any price differences and production timeline

Exchange Limitations

  • Only one exchange is permitted per order
  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned unworn and in original condition
  • Due to fluctuating precious metal prices (silver and gold), exchange fees may vary

Shipping Damage

If your piece arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Notify us immediately (within 3 days of delivery)
  • Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging
  • We will work with you to arrange repair or replacement at no additional cost to you

This does not apply to damage that occurs after delivery or from normal wear.


Quality Guarantee

All wearable creations come with a guarantee against:

  • Breakage due to manufacturing defects
  • Magnet failure

If you experience an issue:

  1. Contact us through our contact form
  2. Describe the problem and provide photos
  3. We will repair or remake the piece based on the specific situation

Please Note: Due to fluctuating precious metal costs, material surcharges may apply to repairs or remakes. We'll always inform you of any costs before proceeding.


Important Considerations Before Ordering

Production Time

  • Standard production time is 4–6 weeks
  • Busy art show schedules and holiday periods may extend this timeline
  • We'll notify you of any expected delays

Pricing & Material Costs

  • Precious metal prices (silver and gold) fluctuate daily
  • Exchange fees reflect current material costs, which may differ from your original order date
  • We have no control over market metal prices

Final Sale Items

The following are considered final sale with no exchanges:

  • Custom gemstone selections
  • Personalized or engraved pieces
  • Non-standard sizes (very small or very large)
  • Pieces made to custom specifications

  • Clear photos (if applicable)
  • Detailed description of the issue or exchange request
  • Your preferred resolution

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2-3 business days.
