We appreciate your interest in our intricately crafted rings. Due to the unique nature of our products, each ring is meticulously hinged and, at times, customized to specific sizes. We understand the importance of getting the right fit for our clients, and thus, the order process may take some time to fit the right size behind the knuckle where the ring will sit .
Unfortunately, due to the personalized time-intensive nature of getting the correct size and production process of these meticulously hinged concept rings we cannot accept refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products.
Exchanges for Size or Style:
If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we gladly offer exchanges for ether size or style. Should you opt for a new style, any price difference must be settled before the item ships out. If exchanges for size , processing times may take 4-6 weeks , that why it important to get the size correct at the initial order ( no guessing on the size )
Damaged or Broken Ring:
In the unfortunate event of a damaged or broken ring, such as a lost gem or corrosion of the magnet due to prolonged exposure to moisture, we are here to assist. We can replace the magnet, and if repair is not feasible, we will send out a new ring. We stand behind the quality of our work, and your satisfaction is our priority.
