3. Handmade & Artisanal Nature
Unique Characteristics
All wearable creations are:
- Handcrafted with precise components designed to fit together carefully
- Subject to slight variations in appearance, texture, and finish due to their artisanal nature
- Made to order specifically for each customer
No Mass Production
Each piece is individually crafted, not mass-produced. Minor differences between your piece and photos or previous orders are normal and expected in handmade jewelry.
4. Pricing & Payment

- All prices are listed in USD (or applicable currency)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will pay
- Additional surcharges may apply for:
- Remakes or exchanges
- Customizations or upgrades
- Premium metal options
- Non-standard sizes
Precious Metal Price Fluctuations
Due to significant increases in precious metal costs (silver, gold, etc.) over the past 6 months and ongoing market volatility:
- Material surcharges may be added to orders requiring additional metal
- Exchange fees reflect current market prices, not original order date prices
- Metal prices change daily and are beyond our control
Payment Requirements
- Full payment must be received before production begins
- Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be verified
5. Orders & Production
Production Timeline
- Standard production time: 4–6 weeks from payment confirmation
- Production times may be extended during:
- Holiday seasons
- Periods of high order volume
- Art show schedules
- Supply chain delays
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is processed. This email serves as acknowledgment of your order, not confirmation that the item is ready to ship.
Production Updates
We will notify you of:
- Any expected delays beyond the standard timeline
- When your piece enters production
- When your piece ships (with tracking information)
Cancellations
Because production begins immediately upon payment:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed
- Custom orders and special requests are final and non-cancellable
6. Custom Requests & Special Orders
Custom Design Process
- All custom design requests require prior approval
- Custom orders may include additional time and material costs
- Detailed specifications must be provided in writing
- We reserve the right to decline custom requests that are not feasible
Final Sale
Custom orders including personalized designs, specific gemstone selections, non-standard sizes, or engravings are:
- Final sale with no refunds or exchanges
- Made specifically for you and cannot be resold
- Subject to longer production times
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Policy
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
- Shipping times vary by location and postal carrier
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
International Orders
- International customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties and taxes
- Import regulations in their country
- Additional shipping time for customs clearance
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address or refusal of delivery:
- You are responsible for reshipping costs
- Additional fees may apply
8. Damage During Shipping
If your piece arrives damaged:
- Notify us immediately (within 3 days of delivery)
- Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging
- Keep all packaging materials
- We will work with you to arrange repair or replacement
We are not responsible for damage that occurs after successful delivery.
9. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom, handmade nature of each piece:
- No refunds are offered
- Exchanges are available under specific conditions

10. Quality Guarantee
All wearable creations come with a guarantee against:
- Manufacturing defects
- Breakage due to craftsmanship issues
- Magnet failure
Guarantee Limitations:
- Does not cover normal wear and tear
- Does not cover damage from misuse or accidents
- Does not cover loss or theft
- Material surcharges may apply based on current metal prices

11. Care & Maintenance
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Proper care and maintenance of your piece
- Following any care instructions provided
- Avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, water, or extreme conditions as specified
Not Covered by Guarantee
Damage resulting from improper care, normal wear, or accidents is not covered under our guarantee.

All designs, photographs, text, graphics, and other content on our website and in our creations are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Restrictions
You may not:
